PICK ME PICK ME for first impressions and all that good stuff!!1

He actually likes Kit a lot. Kit takes him seriously when he's being serious and doesn't brush him off. But even though he does seem to take Zelos' gloom to heart when appropriate, Kit is fun and bright and Zelos feels like he's good to have around. He thinks he'll be good for Dragonfly especially which makes Zelos very happy. That said he hasn't gotten toooo attached to him yet, but that is more due to Coral's drop record rather than Kit's personality.

He does wanna look after him though and keep him from all the crap that is Aather. :| You will be protected, none of this sacrifice shit.

Kit is actually pretty fond of Zelos at this point, too! Mostly because they have pretty similar senses of humor and can share snarky, lighthearted banter, and as fun-loving and energetic and cheerful as Kit is right now, banter is ace. He's picked up on the fact that there seems to be a more serious side to Zelos that he isn't completely familiar with yet, so there is a small feeling of distance-- but he feels that with Rabbit and Hound too, and is pretty much chalking it up to YUP I'M THE NEW KID ON CORAL, and I still need to get to know these guys better before I get to be privy to these more serious things :|b

Heee still feels a little bad for blurting out the whole "I'd rather be hurt myself than hurt anyone else" thing in their first conversation, because Zelos has been here muuuuch longer than he has and has generally been through a lot more, so he isn't sure he really had a right to say that (even though he feels that way, very strongly, if only because he prefers to protect rather than be protected). He can tell Zelos wants to do right by his team, even if he acts all "YEAH WHATEVER" whenever Kit pokes him about it, and that's a good thing! Zelos seems like a good guy so far, so first impressions are definitely super positive.

Whyyy does Zelos dislike the cold so much? I am not canon and there seems to be something more there that I am not aware of 8|a

Its not the cold so much snow.

Basically! In canon Zelos is the Chosen One of his world. When the world is in decline the Chosen goes on a journey for World Regeneration. His world is flourishing so he doesn't need to do that but he still has status power, second only to the king and equal to the pope. The Chosen One is a religious figure so he has strong ties to the church. BLAH BLAH HE IS IMPORTANT IN RANK AND RICH AS HELL

One day when he was a boy he finally got his mom to go play outside with him! She had been ignored him for...honestly years, ever since his father suicided. OMFG YES I WILL MAKE THE BEST SNOW MAN MOM WILL LOVE ME

And then the mother of his half sister, his dead father's mistress, tried to murder him. His mother saved him!!! But yeah dying mom atop him, bleeding into the white snow.

And his mom's last words to him were "You should have never been born." While Seles' mother screams if it wasn't for Zelos her daughter would be the Chosen and it wasn't fair.

...so yeaaaaaahhhhh. FUCK SNOW DUDE.

Everythiiiiing! I've never played with amnesia before, and the potential character development that could come from it has me going aaaaah because I love character development. I keep thinking IF THIS HAPPENS THEN HE COULD DEVELOP THAT WAY-- or, OR IF THIS HAPPENS INSTEAD HE COULD DEVELOP THIS WAY-- and it's actually been pretty fun so far 8') Mostly I just want to see what the world/setting does to Kaito and what kind of person he'll become due to his experiences here.

More immediately, I'm looking forward to giving Kit a reality check. Right now he's in this happy area of OMG EVERYTHING IS SO HAPPY AND MAGICAL AND NEW AND I WANT TO EXPLORE ALL THE THIIIINGS *A* because he has lost all of his life experiences that make him more distant and sarcastic and knowledgeable in canon, and every memory he has gotten so far has been positive or has amplified his confidence in some way. He knows bad things supposedly happen in Aather, and whenever someone brings up that fact he sobers up a bit and shelves his cheeriness for more serious conversations, but it's one thing to be told about them and another to actually go through it, so!

SHARON IS STILL MOSTLY POSITIVE ON HER TEAM. Babby team. '-' I need to thread more with Nunnally before she really solidifies Nunnally's place on the team, but overall she feels like they work well as a family unit. Everyone's got their own secrets, but what family doesn't? The important thing is that they'll still work together and care about each other, so she's glad. '^'

HOW'S RABI DOING IN GENERALLLLLll

PRETTY GOOD. In general he is always good cuz he has taken to Ignoring The Fuck out of anything that bothers him after his initial FEELINGS. That is how he has developed. He allows LOTS OF FEELINGS then promptly boxes them all away to ignore. So he almost always is happy cuz he is just literally refusing to think on other stuff unless there's a reason for it.

HONESTLY he has been kind of a shallow existence for me and I've been having trouble with him oocly cuz he just. Is so okay for a Rabi. I need to have him get out more and make more connections if I'm ever going to keep him. orz

Hakumama on Coral

Coral as a whole is probablyyyyy Hakuren's favorite team because he's worked with them twice and he's especially fond of the three "kids" (Kit and Dragonfly and Ferret) and they seem like the earnest type! And also that makes the most people on a single team that he likes--his other strongest team connections are Carnelian (because of Shuri and he doesn't mind Alois though he doesn't feel particularly close to him) and then Ruby (but he doesn't really trust Konatsu at all oops). Coral however had lots of good kids and he enjoyed working with them both times, even if the second game he was like \o-o/ what evennnnn.

What kind of knight do you think Zelos would make '-'a

Its a very simple case of Autumn just really enjoying a tsundere. He loves the reactions and the grump and the faces and all of it. It is fun for him to poke at the kid! But at the same time there is a feeling of--hey I wanna help 'em out. This person looks like they need to be having way more fun than they are. Maybe I can help.

Not someone he deeply trusts or anything but a friend he'd like to get closer to!

AUTUMN IS LIKE . . . really weird?? Is how Drift sees him. He sort of sees him as annoying because he doesn't like being teased or being poked at for being grumpy, but Autumn is loud and boisterous!! enough that he tends to vacillate on what to think of him as. As a person Autumn seems okay, but Drift doesn't know him that well so he's just kind of :|a!! :E!! atm.

Things you want to do with both of your characters?

Zelos: his heart game, more team bonding, get him out more SOMEHOW

Rabi: MORE TEAM BONDING. I feel like I'm not doing a good job on that with him somehow.

B) Something where he could geek out over history in some way. Going on a TREASURE HUNT where you dig up ancient relics would be ~amazing~.

Zelos' and Rabi's thoughts on the Personae -- are they GOOD, EVIL, SELFISH, etc.

Zelos: BAD AND SELFISH. Not necessarily evil but. They don't care about the people they brought here, we are all pawns, etc. His feelings are very negative and while he can make nice, he doesn't trust any of them.

Rabi: Thinks they're all different. You can't define them all under the same banner. That would be a blanket statement akin to saying all humans, dragons, etc are something. If he had to label them though he would consider them maybe not selfish but self centered. They are tied to who they are in such a way that it colors how they interact with everyone else strongly. I.E. He as a person could interact in a way that's unaffected by the fact that he's a Bookman but Three will never be able to interact in a way that isn't influenced by her place as a crazy justice revenge doom Personae.
